Refunds & Returns
We'll gladly accept returns/refunds for any products purchased on shophali.com, up to 30 days from purchase date.
Item must be returned in original condition - that is, unopened and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced, opened or damaged will not be eligible for a refund, return or exchange.
Please email us at email@example.com prior to returning an item to ensure you are eligible. Your shipment should include inside the original packing slip, the unopened product and any other pieces that came with your order.

NOTE: We request that you send your shipment with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. If there is no tracking number we cannot assume any responsibility for lost, stolen or misplaced items. Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery.
Please do not bring any returns to the our address.
Shipping costs will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective.
We cannot accept COD's for returned merchandise.

Refund will always be issued to the same payment method to your originally purchase.
Do not return items by Air Mail - The Department of Transportation restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft.
