REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We'll gladly accept returns/refunds for any product (s) purchased on shophali.com, up to 14 days from purchase date, that is defective. Defective goods does not mean damaged outer packaging.
Item must be returned in original condition - that is, unopened and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced, opened ( unless defective ) or damaged will not be eligible for a refund, return or exchange.
NOTE: There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES or REFUNDS on any of the following items final sale; underwear; period/leek pads etc; oral care; hair clips/extensions; hair colour; hair tools ( dryers/flat irons/brushes/hair ties ), nail polish or nail polish sets or nail polish tools ( acetone, files, UV LED lamps ). Returns will only be accepted on hair dryers, hair flat irons, hair curling irons that are defective and we are notified within 1 week of delivery date.
Please email us at info@shophali.com PRIOR TO returning an item to ensure you are eligible. Your shipment should include inside the original packing slip, the unopened product and any other pieces that came with your order.
NOTE: We request that you send your shipment with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. If there is no tracking number we cannot assume any responsibility for lost, stolen or misplaced items. Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery.
Please do not bring any returns to the our address.
Shipping costs will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or defective item.
We cannot accept COD's for returned merchandise.

Refund will always be issued to the same payment method to your originally purchase and at the price that the item was originally purchased.
Do not return items by Air Mail that are combustible - The Department of Transportation restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft.
