Highlight the tips of the hair using Splat bleach with oxide. Place the hair on a foil. Lighten the bottom 3 inches of hair. It's best to "feather" on the bleach, painting a jagged and not a straight line makes it blend better. You can go higher then 3 inches up, it all depends on how you want your ombre to look.
Let it process until it reaches a pale blonde. Use a blow dryer to heat foils if necessary, to speed up the bleaching process. Check foils often so you do not over process.
